摘要
根据流体力学的原理建立的空气弹簧模型和高速客车动力学计算模型,分别从车辆横向及垂向运行平稳性两方面对一种准高速客车模型进行了计算分析,并与装有钢弹簧的同样刚度和同样阻尼的同类客车模型的计算结果进行了对比。结果表明,虽然两种弹簧装置的车辆在160km/h范围内的平稳性指标比较接近,但是两种弹簧装置对不同频率下的响应是不同的。还分析了不同附加空气室容积和节流孔阻尼的空气弹簧对车辆平稳性的影响。
A quasi-high speed passenger car model is calcu-lated and analyzed in the aspects of its lateral andvertical ride comfort, based on the air spring model(according to the principle of fluid mechanics) andhigh speed passenger car dynamics model. It is com-pared with another calculating model of the same kindof car which has steel spring with the same rigidityand damping. It shows that the stability indexes ofthe two spring sets are close when speed is not morethan 160km/h. but different reactions of two types ofsprings to different frequencies are shown. The effectsto the ride stability by air springs with different addi-tional air cabinet volume and throttle hole dampingare also analyzed.
