摘要
针对木质心盘垫板在运用检修中存在的问题及我国木材资源短缺的现实情况,四方所在总结竹材板已有成功经验的基础上,研制了更为理想的货车不定向竹材层压心盘垫板。介绍了该心盘垫板的特点、性能指标、实物疲劳试验和装车运行试验所取得的主要结果,分析了它的经济效益、社会效益和推广应用前景。
Faced to problems of wooden center plate fillerexisting in running and repairing and to wood short-age, Sifang Rolling Stock Research Institute makesuse of its own successful experiences and has devel-oped the undirectional Iaminated bamboo center platefiller on freight cars, which is much better. The cha-racteristics. performance indexes. test results of fati.gue test and running test in real operation of thecenter plate filler are mentioned. Its economic benefit,social benefit. prospecting popularization and applica-tion are also analyzed.
