摘要
分析了太原市矿业经济的特点,探讨了矿产资源勘查、开发利用中存在的问题,提出了调整和优化矿山规模结构及产品结构、优化矿产资源开发利用规模、提高优势矿产的开发利用效率、培育和建立矿业权市场等优化太原市矿产资源配置、实现矿业可持续发展的对策。
From the point of mining sustainable development,the author analyzes the features of Taiyuan mining economy,probes into the problem about mining resource perambulation and exploitation,and brings forward some suggestions and countermeasures to optimize the scheme of Taiyuan mining resource and realize mining sustainable development,such as adjusting and optimizing mining scale configuration,optimizing mining resource exploitation scale,adjusting and optimizing mining product configuration,improving the using efficiency of preponderant mining resource and so on.
