摘要 目的 应用计算机三维成像技术 ,开发建立基于体数据的计算机三维虚拟手术系统 ,在计算机屏幕“手术室”中完成正颌外科截骨手术。方法 将手术前牙颌面畸形患者CT断层序列图像重建成三维体数据 ,通过表面绘制的方法显示出三维图像 ,模拟骨组织的切割、旋转和平移等手术操作并预测手术效果。结果 该系统可以帮助医生直观地观测手术过程和效果 ,选择合理的手术方案。结论 颅面三维虚拟手术系统具有较强可视效果 ,对于提高手术的安全性和准确性具有重要作用。 Objective Using computer to simulate orthognathic surgery and help surgeons to make effective surgical planning. Methods Through reconstructing preoperative CT slices imagings into volume data and generating fast 3-D visualization using surface rendering method, surgeons can perform virtual osteotomy, rotation and translation operations on bone tissues in 3-D scene. Results This system can simulate the process of orthognathic surgery and predict postoperative effect. Conclusion This system can help surgeons to make preoperative prediction and select reliable program to improve the reliability and effectiveness for orthognathic surgery.
