摘要
目的 探讨自行研制的三维超声重建系统在人体血管重建中的准确性、可行性。方法 对 15例颈动脉狭窄病人进行三维重建 ,测定狭窄程度及狭窄比 ,再经数字减影血管造影证实。并将两种方法测得的狭窄比作相关分析。结果 两种方法所测狭窄比经统计学处理证明两者间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;两种方法测值呈高度正相关 (r =0 .977)。结论 自行研制的三维超声重建系统用于人体可行 ,测值准确 ;可以动态观察动脉硬化斑块的进程及转归 ;为内外科室合理的治疗方案提供重要依据。
Objective To evaluate the accuracy and feasibility of our self-made three-dimensional ultrasound reconstruction (3D-UR) system in human vascular reconstruction. Methods The degree and ratio of artery stenosis were measured by 3D-UR in 15 patients with carotid artery stenosis and were verified by digital subtraction angiography subsequently. The correlation analysis was performed to assess the relation of the stenotic ratios measured by the two methods above. Results There was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) between the stenotic ratios measured by these two methods, and high positive correlations were found (r=0.977). Conclusion 3D-UR system, which was made by ourselves, is feasible and accurate for human checking. Using the 3D-UR system the progression and the regression of atherosclerotic plaques can be oberserved dynamically and we can provide an important basis for physicians and surgeons to make a reasonable plan.
