摘要
目的 测量并得出正常成人各年龄、性别组胸部CT选定层面内、中带的肺小血管横径和计数的正常值范围及分布规律。方法 收集 180例正常成人胸部CT ,按性别年龄分组 ,选择并测量 6个有明确解剖标志的层面中内、中带小血管的横径和数目 ,计算其正常值范围并进行组间对比分析。结果 得出各组不同层面、区域肺小血管横径和计数的正常值范围。发现性别与年龄对小血管分布及数目的影响。结论 正常成人各性别、年龄组常规CT 6层面内、中带小血管横径和计数分布有一定规律。
Objective To set up the character and the diameter of distribution of the pulmonary small vessels within inner and mid part of CT images of the lung in normal individuals. Methods Images of lung CT in 180 normal adults were selected and divided into three groups according to the sex and age. Six slices with apparent anatomical signs were selected from each image and marked out the inner and mid parts, the diameters and number of small vessels in each part were measured and analyzed. Results The normal range of the diameter and number of pulmonary small vessels in each slice were obtained. The affect of sex and age to the diameter and number of pulmonary small vessels was found. Conclusion The diameter and number range of pulmonary small vessels within inner and mid part of CT images of the lung in different sex and age of normal adults has its own rules.
