摘要
目的 为了降低实验成本而研制一种稳定性、准确性良好的配套试剂。 方法 研制试剂采用Na Cl、 Na HPO4、 KH2 PO4、 EDTA- Na2 为稀释液 ,稀释中加入适量酶、表面活性剂为清洗液 ,CH3( CH2 ) 11N+ ( CH3) 3Br-为溶血剂。测定两种试剂的理化指标、Hb吸收光谱、溶血速度 ,以及清洁度的比较 ;并在 CELL- DYN170 0血液分析仪上进行两种试剂的对比试验。 结果 与进口试剂比较 ,重复性、准确性、稳定性 ,两者无显著性差异 ( P >0 .0 5,平均 r=0 .96 831) ,研制试剂通过测定 CELL- DYN系列专用质控品试验 ,结果与靶值很接近 ,准确性良好 ,试剂存放半年 ,检测本底几乎为零。 结论 研制试剂可替代进口试剂用于临床 ,成本约为进口试剂的 2 0 % 。
Objective For reduce the reagents cost,we make scientific research on the Peitao Reagents being well prevision and reliability Methods We use the NaCl NaHPO 4 KH 2PO 4 EDTA Na 2 as the diluent,adding proper quantity enzyme surfactant,as the detergent,CH 3(CH 2) 11 N +(CH 3) 3Br - as the lytic agent,determine the physics and chemistry's norm,the Hb,s absorb spectrum and the hemolysis speech, compare the cleaning level,our making the Peitao Reagents compared with the CELL DYN 1700s Reagents Results Compare with the inlet reagent,the repetitive,accuracy and stability of both the reagents haven't obvious divergent(P>0 05),averagely(r=0 96831),our reagent pass the proprietary test of CELL DYN,the resultis close to the target Conclusion Our making the Peitao Reagents cost just only the CELL-DYN 1700s Reagents 20%,It can be used in the clinical,the results are very good
