摘要
本文用配对研究检查了职业性激光接触对心功能可能的影响。77名职业激光接触人员分别与77名非接触激光人员配对组成58对男性和19对女性。用心机图测定心功能。结果发现激光接触组的PEPI、IRT显著延长,PEP/LVET比值明显增加,而二尖瓣EFV显著降低,上述心机图表现提示长期接触激光后心功能降低。
The possible effects of occupational laser exposure on cardiac function were examined in a pairing study. 77 persons occupationally exposed to laser were respectively matched with 77 persons without laser expoaure (control group), each index had a matched pair. The mechanocardiogram (simultaneous measuring of ECG PCG CPT and UCG) measurcments were taken in 58 pairs of males and 19 pairs of females. There were significant difference of some important indexes in the mechanocardiogram between the laser exposure group and the control group: in the laser exposure group the PEPI and the IRT were obviously prolonged, the ratio of PEP/LVET was apparently increased and the EFV was significantly decreased. These findings suggest some reduction in cardiac function after long-term exposure to laser.
