摘要
目的 探讨乳糜性腹水的诊断与治疗方法,以提高治愈率。方法 回顾性分析10例乳糜性腹水患 者的临床表现、影像学检查及治疗经过和治疗后效果。结果随访6个月至8年,9例临床症状消失。结论对乳 糜性腹水应根据其不同的病因采取针对性的治疗,临床预后良好。
Objective To investigate the effective way of diagnosis and treatment of chylous ascites and improve the outcome of patients who suffer from this rare disorders. Methods Clinical data was summarized on 10 cases of chylous ascites. Results The period of follow-up was 6 months to 8 years, clinical symptoms of 9 cases in 10 patients was disappeared. Conclusions Treatment of chylous ascites should be based on its causes. The prognosis of chylous ascites is good in general.
