摘要
本文认为目前的集资风潮对促进经济发展起了积极作用,特别是在紧缩“一刀切”的情况下,企业集资使经济效益好的企业找到了一条生路。企业集资还会为消费基金的转移,横向经济联合的进一步扩大起到促进作用。文章还提出了集资中所存在的问题,并就如何避免集资所带来的对产业结构调整的危害提出了自己的观点。
This essay says,the agitation of raising funds in the enterprises atpresent plays an active role in promoting economic development,especi(?)lly,after‘severing at one blow’—tightening,it lets enterpriseswith good economic benefits find a better livelihood,as well as it playan important role in the tronsference of consume funds and enlorgementof crosswide economic union。This essay puts forward the auther's pointsof view,such as:the problems in raising funds,the way of solvingthem,and how to avoid harmfulness of the industrial structure'sadjustment brought by raising funds。
