摘要
本文认为,经济监督在商品经济社会中处于十分重要和关键的地位。在我国建立商品经济新秩序的今天,建立一个较完善的、有效率的经济监督系统显得尤为迫切和重要。文章从我国现有的经济监督系统的领导体制、队伍建设、执法条件和国家经济监督的威慑力等方面进行了比较详尽的分析,针对地方保护主义对经济监督系统的干扰、经济监督人员少、素质低、监督手段落后和执法条件差等问题提出了相应的对策建议,对于各地在建设和完善经济监督系统的过程中具有一定的参考价值。
