摘要
目的:研制、开发布洛芬的口腔速崩片。方法:以崩解时限为指标筛选确定处方和工艺。结果:制得得口腔速崩片能在30s 内完全崩解。结论:采用国内现有的设备,运用适宜得赋形剂和强效崩解剂及工艺可制出布洛芬的口腔速崩片。
OBJECTIVE:To prepare Ihuprofen Rapid-disintegrated Lozenge.METH- ODS:The formula and technology were decided by taking the disintegrating time as standard. RESULTS:The lozenge could completely disinte- grate in 30s.CONCLUSION:Using now available equipement,suitable recipients and workmanship can prepare a rapid-disintegrated lozenge.
