摘要
流动人口医疗保障是城市发展中遇到的重要问题。该文分析了上海浦东新区外来流动人口医疗保障现状 ,并结合深圳、北京等地流动人口综合管理经验 ,指出完善流动人口多层次医疗保障对维护外来人员自身和城市本地居民健康状况都具有重要意义。
The medical security of floating population is an important issue in developing cities. This article investigates the situation of medical insurance of floating population in Pudong New District. With the summarization of managing experiences of some megacities in China, it points out that it is significant to establish and perfect medical insurance for floating population, and benefit to the native residents both on health promotion and health maintenance. It has proposed some policy suggestions to structure diversified medical insurance in Pudong New District.
