摘要
论述了阳痿的发病及病因病机 ,指出气血不足、宗筋失养是阳痿的主要病理机制。辨证 -辨病 -辨体相结合 ,综合治疗 ,可以提高临床疗效。
This paper discusses the pathogenesis,etiology and pathology of impotence,and points out that the deficiency of qi and blood,and malnutrition of penis are the key factors of the pathology of the disease.The therapy of syndrome differentiation,diseases differentiation and constitution differentiation in combination for treating impotence can increase the clinical efficacy.
