摘要
通过这次防治SARS的实践 ,我们认识到 :在疫病流行过程中 ,流通中的防疫至关重要 ,相当程度上 ,决定了流行的程度与范围。但是 ,没有政府的领导及参与 ,仅有医家的认识 ,流通中的防疫措施是没有办法执行的。只有在中央政府的统一领导下 ,全国上下服从指挥 ,尽早地、严格地把好防疫关 ,才能在疫病防治中取得主动权。中医药学凝聚着中华民族的聪明智慧 ,在重大疫病防治方面积累了丰富的经验。中西医结合 ,发挥两种医学各自的优势 ,将是我们防治SARS的法宝 ,也是我们战胜一切损害人类健康的疾病的法宝。
Through the practice of prevention of the recent SARS, we get to know that, in the process of epidemic, prevention during the spread is so essential that it even determines the extents and ranges of spreading to some extent. Without the leadership and involvement of a government, even only with the cognition of physicians, the preventive measures during the epidemic can't be carried out. We can only gain the initiative in the epidemic prevention by guaranteeing the quality of epidemic prevention as early and strictly as possible under the unified leadership of the central government and obeying the conductor throughout the country. TCM accumulated rich experiences in severe epidemic prevention, congealing the intelligence of the Chinese nation. Integration of Chinese and western medicine, developing the strong points of both systems is not only an effective weapon for treating and preventing SARS, but also the weapon for defeating all diseases harming people's health.
