摘要
目的 探讨支具固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床效果。方法 30例 33侧跟骨关节内骨折 ,根据Paley分类 :B1型骨折 14侧 ,B2 型 9侧 ,C1型 4侧 ,C2 型 6侧。 17侧闭合复位 ,16侧开放复位。全部采用跟骨、前列跗骨、胫骨穿针 ,经皮“V”形支具固定。随访 18个月～ 6年 ,平均 35个月。结果 根据张铁良等跟骨关节内骨折评分标准 ,B型 :优 11侧 ,良 7侧 ,中 4侧 ,差 1侧 ;C型 :优 2侧 ,良 4侧 ,中 2侧 ,差 2侧。总优良率 73%。结论 经皮“V”形支具固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折操作方便、复位容易、固定灵活而稳定 。
Objective To evaluate the outcome of treatment of intra articular calcaneal fracture with percutaneous fixation. Methods 30 patients with 33 cases of intra articular calcaneal fractures (According to Paley's classification , type B 1 14cases,B 2 9cases,C 1 4 cases, C 2 6 cases) were managed with close reduction (17cases) or open reduction (16 cases) and percutaneous fixation with a 'V' external fixator. Results All of the cases were followed up from 18 to 72 months with an average of 35 months. According to the scoring system of Zhang TL, in type B, the results were excellent in 11 cases, good in 7, fair in 4 and poor in 1 ,and in type C, the results were excellent in 2, good in 4 , fair in 2 and poor in 2 cases. The excellent and good rate was 73%. Conclusion It has advantages of simply manipulation ,easy reduction,rigid fixation and satisfactory result to treat the intra articular calcaneal fractures with percutaneous external fixation.
