摘要
目的 总结 3 5例颅内感染病人的救治经验。方法 对我科收治的颅内感染病人进行回顾性分析 ,总结其治疗经验。结果 3 5例颅内感染病人均成功治愈 ,无一例因感染死亡。结论 颅内感染的早期发现 ,早期足量应用抗生素 ,腰穿或腰大池持续引流脑脊液 ,鞘内注射抗生素 ,营养支持 。
Objective To summarize the therapeutic experience of 35 patients of intracranial infection.Methods 35 patients of intracranial infection who admitted to our department from July 1993 to Jan 2003 were analyzed retrospectively.Results 35 cases were cured,on case died of infection.Conclusion Patients of intracranial infection could be cured by early diagnosis,early application of full dose antibiotic,drainage cerebrospinal fluid,intrathecal injection antibiotic,aliement therapy and increase immune function.
