摘要
目的 :报告 1例由茄病镰刀菌引起单侧下肢溃疡的临床表现、实验研究和治疗结果。方法和结果 :患者女 ,5 0岁 ,农民。因左下肢结节、溃疡 18月入院。体检发现左足巨大肿块和溃疡 ,左大腿内侧结节、溃疡。脓涂片及病理活检见脓液和坏死组织内大量菌丝 ,有二分叉结构。脓及组织培养在马铃薯琼脂上生长白色丝状菌落 ,在沙堡琼脂 2 5℃和 37℃均生长良好 ,经鉴定为茄病镰刀菌。将该菌接种于小鼠皮下可致结节形成。治疗采用二性霉素B静脉注射治疗 17天 。
Objective:A case of ulceration caused by F.solani was reported.Methods and Results:A 50-year old female was admitted for nodules and ulceration on the left limb for 18 months.Physical examination showed swelling and ulceration on the left feet,and nodule and ulceration on the left upper limb.Microbiologic examination showed abundant filaments with dichotomous branching in the smear of the pus and necrotic tissues,which produced mycelia-like white colony on PDA agar.The fungi could grow on Sabrous agar at the temperature of 25℃and 37℃.It was identified as F.solani.Inoculation into mice gave subcutaneous nodules.The lesions were improved for 17-day of treatment with amphotericin B intravenoucy.
