摘要
在法医尸体解剖及鉴定中 ,伴有脑血管病变的颅脑损伤占有相当比例 ,由于其外力大小与后果的不一致性 ,成为法医学鉴定中需要注重的问题。通过对尸检中的此部分病例进行回顾性研究 ,结合文献 ,探讨各类原发和继发性脑血管病变的病理改变和出血机制。
Objective:Cerebrovascular diseases concomitant with brain injury occupying a considerable incidence in forensic autopsy,owing to its inconsistancy between outcome and magnitude of forces,becomes a problem deserves a great attention during forensic authentication.Through the retrospective study of this group of cases from autopsy combined with the relevant materials in literature,the pathological changes and mechanism of hemorrhage in various types of primary and secondary cerebrovascular diseases were analyzed in order to clari by their relationship with brain injury and the degree of participation in the development of outcome of injury.
