摘要
目的 :总结分析 176例腹部刀伤所引起腹内脏器损伤 ,探讨诊断要点及处理方法。方法 :回顾分析了我院 1986年至 2 0 0 1年 12月共收治因刀伤所引起的急腹症 176例。结果 :腹腔诊断性穿刺术得到了广泛应用 ,准确率高达 90 %以上。探讨剖腹探查指征及手术处理原则。先控制出血及消化液外溢 ,再根据腹内脏器损伤情况作具体的切除或修补处理。在整个治疗过程中 ,应有整体观念 ,合理安排治疗措施。对密切观察仍不能确定有无腹内脏器损伤 ,宁可及早剖腹探查 。
Objective:To summarize and analyse the injury of internal organs of abdomen caused by penetration,and to discuss the main points of diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the data of surgical treatment for Abdominal visceral injury caused by penetration in 176 cases from 1986-2001 was made.Results:Abdominal diagnostic aspiration was used,and the accuracy was over 90%.Discussing the indications of exploratory lapasotomy and the principles of surgical treatment.First,control the bleeding and leakage of digestive fluid,then exase or repair the damage according to the conditions.During the whole therapy,we should keep the same concept,arrange the treatment reasonably. Under close observation,the native of the intraabdominal condition still could not be ascertained,dignostic abdominal aspiration should be done,otherwise one might lose the chance and cause the serious results.
