摘要
目的 :探讨抗病毒药物联合低温冷冻治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎 (HSK)的方法和疗效。方法 :单疱病毒性角膜炎 6 9眼随机分为治疗组 2 5例 (35眼 ) ,对照组 2 5例 (34)眼。对照组予常规抗病毒药物治疗 ,治疗组在此基础上加用低温冷冻治疗。并随访观察其疗效及复发情情况。结果 :治疗组与对照组治愈率分别为 85 7%与70 6 % ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论
Objective:To study the clinical effects and method in treating herpes simplex keratitis(HSK)with antivirus drugs combined with deep freezing.Method:Sixty-nine cases with herpes simplex keratitis were divided into treatment group(25 patients with 35 eyes)and control group(25 patients with 34 eyes).The control group were given antivirus drugs only and the treatment group were given antivirus drugs combined with deep freezing.The effects and the recurrence were observed.Result:The cure rate of the treatment group was 85.7% and the control group 70.6%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of using antivirus drugs combined with deep freezing was superior to treatment with antivirus drugs only.
