摘要
目的 寻找一种有效的提高腺病毒滴度而又不损害其活性的方法。方法 腺病毒原液升华冻干后溶解稀释,通过斑点形成实验和免疫组化方法检验其感染活性。结果 升华冻干后稀释的腺病毒液感染滴度达到4.4×10^(12)pfu。结论 冻干、稀释是一种提高腺病毒滴度的有效方法。
Objective To search a new method to improve the tite of adenoviruses without impairing its affection capacity. Methods The primary succus of adenoviruses was condensed by sublimation drying and dilution. Its affection was determined by examination of plaque-forming units and imunohistochemical assay. Results The tite of adenoviruses could reach as high as 4.4× 10 12 pfu. Conclusion Sublimation drying and dilution is a new and efficient method to improve the tite of adenoviruses.
