摘要
在常压下甲醛与乙炔反应生成2-丁炔-1,4-二醇,产率(按甲醛计)为60%左右,丁炔二醇经氯化制得1,4-二氯-2-丁炔(产率为77.3%),再与10%的氢氧化钾作用脱去氯化氢制得二乙炔(产率为57%),分馏后,纯度可达99.6%.
Butynediol-1,4 was synthesized via reaction of formaldehyde with acetylene at atmospheric pressure.The yield was 60.0×10^(-2)(on formaldehyde basis).After chloridization,butynedichloride- 1,4 was prepared with a yield of 77.3×10^(-2).The product was then dehydrochlorinated in a KOH solution and diacetylene was obtained(57.0×10^(-2) yield).After fractionation,a purity of 99.6×10^(-2) was achieved.
