摘要
结合生产实际,对辅锅和快锅燃料天然气改用渣油的技改项目进行了可行性分析。技改后将节约下来的天然气用来增产合成氨,不仅可使氨生产能力达到1100t/d,而且还可用节余下来的天然气生产甲醇,可配套建设100 kt/a甲醇装置。
The use of residuum instead of natural gas as the fuel for auxiliary and packaged boilers in an ammonia plant is described.A feasibility study has been carried out for this technological innovation in accordance with the practical operations.The natural gas saved therefrom can not only be used to raise ammonia productive capacity up to 1100 t/d, but also be available in manufacturing of methanol,thus an additional plant of 100 kt/y methanol may be constructed therein.
