摘要
以加强甲醇合成催化剂(CuO/ZnO)与甲醇脱水催化剂(γ-Al_2O_3)之间的密切接触为主要目标,研究了干混、湿混和共沉淀浸渍等制备方法以及用共沉淀浸渍法制备过程中沉淀混合物的干燥温度、煅烧温度及添加剂硼对合成气一步制二甲醚(DME)复合催化剂性能的影响。讨论了反应温度、空速等反应条件对反应过程的影响。结果表明,用共沉淀浸渍法制备,80~100℃烘干,450℃煅烧并含少量硼的复合催化剂性能最好。
In view of enchancing intimate contact between the methanol synthesis catalyst (CuO/ZnO) and the methanol dehydration catalyst (γ- Al_2O_3) , three methods and different conditions were applied to prepare composite catalysts for the conversion of syngas to DME. It was shown that with coprecipitating impregnation,at a drying temperature of 80- 100℃ and with boron as a promoter,the catalysts with high activity can be obtained. the effects of reaction conditions were also studied.
