摘要
在钛酸四丁酯和有机锡化合物催化下,由碳酸二甲酯和苯酚合成碳酸二苯酯。对影响反应的因素:催化剂种类及用量、反应温度、时间作了探讨。实验表明,碳酸二苯酯精品收率可达36.41%(以碳酸二甲酯计)。
Diphenyl carbonate was prepared from dimethyl carbonate and phenol in the presence of tetrabutyl titanate and organo-tin compound. The factors affecting the reactions including the kinds and amount of catalyst, reaction temperature and reaction times were investigated. According to the experiment, the yield of pure diphenyl carbonate is 36.41% (based on the quantity of dimethyl carbonate).
