摘要
用硒粉作催化剂,三乙胺为助催化剂,硝基芳基化合物和芳胺进行还原羰基化反应合成N,N′-二芳基脲。研究了催化剂用量、压力、温度、时间对产率的影响。此法催化剂活性高,反应条件温和,二芳基脲产率为68.8%~80.8%,N,N′-二芳基脲经甲醇醇解可生成N-苯基氨基甲酸甲酯,产率为93%。
N,N'-diaryl ureas were obtained in good yields by reductive carbonylation of nitroaromatics and aromatic amines in the presence of selenium powder with triethylamine as a promoter. The effect of catalyst amount used, reaction pressure, temperature and time on their yields were investigated. The process is characterized by high catalytic activity and mild reaction conditions with a yield of diaryl ureas being 68.8%~80.8% . N, N'-diphenyl urea can be alcoholysized by methanol to methyl-N-phenyl carbamate in a yield of 93%.
