摘要 采用自行研制的4条气路、双高灵敏热导检测器、五柱管专用气相色谱仪,对川西北净化厂引进的三级转化MCRC硫回收装置进行考核分析。用这台仪器检出该工艺过程涉及的15个组分的控制分析,由分析数据所得的考核值与工艺模拟电算程序的结果吻合。本文介绍的分析技术快速、可靠,适用于天然气净化厂硫磺回收及尾气处理工艺装置的控制分析和考核分析。 By use of self-made four gas ways, two high sensitive thermal conductivity detectors and five columns gas chromatography, an examination analysis was done for the imported 3 class conversion MCRC sulfur recovery facility in Northwest Sichuan Purification Plant. Control analyses of 15 compositions related to this technological process were made by using the instrument, and the values obtained from data analyzed were coincident with the results of technologically simulated computer programme. The analytical technique introduced in this paper is speedy and reliable and can be applied to the control analysis and examination analysis of sulfur recovery and tail gas treatment technological facilities in natural gas purification plant.
