摘要
推动四川天然气工业的发展,需要有一系列保证体系,“技术进步保证体系”是这些体系中的关键性保证体系。本文重点探讨完善“技术进步保证体系”的具体措施。
To promote the development of the gas industry in Sichuan, it is necessary to have a series of guarantee systems. 'Technique Progress Guarantee System' is a key one in these systems. This paper emphatically discusses the concrete measures for perfecting technique progress guarantee system.
