摘要
理顺天然气价格是发展天然气工业的关键已逐渐为天然气生产、消费和政府管理部门所共识,但必须考虑的重要问题是对调价的承受能力。本文在分析四川天然气消费状况的基础上,利用1990年四川天然气生产和消费两环节的实际数据对四川天然气价格调整的承受能力进行了定量分析。
To smooth the prices of natural gas is the key to develop natural gas industry, which has been step-by-step become the common recognition for the departments of production and consuption of natural gas as well as the management of the government. But an important problem that must be considered is the bearing capacity for adjusting prices. Based on analyzing the situation of natural gas consuption in Sichuan, the bearing capacity for adjusting its prices is quantitatively analyzed in this paper, applying the practical data of both links of prodution and eonsuption of natural gas in Sichuan in 1990.
