摘要
从焰序山龙眼(Helicia pyrrhobotrya Kurz)果实的乙醇提取物中分离得到5个化合物A,B,C,D,E。经IR,MS,~1H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR及化学方法分别鉴定其结构2-甲醛基苯基-0-β-D-阿洛吡喃糖(6→1)-0-β-D-阿洛吡喃糖甙,命名为焰序甙pyryhobotryide。倮倮栗甙clivcolide,豆腐果甙helicide,4-0-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基苯甲醛和β-谷甾醇。焰序甙为新化合物,4-0-β-D-葡萄糖吡喃糖基苯甲醛系首次从本属中分离得到。
Five compounds have been isolated from the aloohol extracts of the seed of H. pyrrhobotryal Kurz. On the basis of the spectral evidences (IR, MS, NMR), the elemental anlayses and the results of chemical reaction, they were determined to be 2-formylphenyl-0-β-D-allopyranosyl (6→1)-β-D allopyranoside (A) (pyrrhobotryide) , 4-ethyloxycarbonylphenvl-0-β-D- gluco-pyranoside (B) (clivicolide)4-formylphenyl-0-β-D-allopyranoside(C) (helicide) , 4-formylpyrnyl-0-β-D-glucopyranoside (D) and-sitosterol. compound A is a new compound.
