SYNTHESIS OF DL-TETRAHYDROPALMATINE FROM JATRORRHIZINE

摘要 从九连小檗细胞培养得到药根碱,经甲基化和氢化还原二步反应,得四氢巴马丁,收率约为43％。 dl-Tetrahydropalmatine Was prepared by methylation and reduction of jatrorrhizitne coming from the cell culture fluid of Berberis julianae Scheid. The yield of dl-tetrahydropalmatine was 43%。
