摘要
本文从桦汁的采集时间;采集方法;收尾工作;桦汁产量;采汁对树木生长的影响;采汁的经济及社会效益;桦汁的成份,可食性,毒理分析和保健作用;桦汁加工利用;桦汁真伪鉴别和桦汁保鲜;共十个方面介绍了国内外研究的最新成果,及其存在的问题,并对解决这些问题的思路设想及桦汁开发的发展方向,提出了一定的见解。
Birch sap, as a natural resources, has been exploited. It has been resear- ched deeply in time, method and winding up of collecting sap; yield of Birch sap; influence of tree's growing by collecting Birch sap; econo- mical and social benefit of gathering sap; and composition, eatability, toxicity, health protection of Birch sap; and achieved mature rules It has been summerized systematically in this paper. Besides, the paper al- so sum up the preservation and utilization of Birch saP, which imped- ed the development of Birch sap utilization at present; list the methods that some area used to solved it; raise the thinking about the problem; and then show the problem; and then show the direction of Birch sap exploitage.
