摘要
本研究为1:1配对的病例对照研究。通过调查97例胃癌病人和对照组近5年来每月各类食物的摄入量及一般饮食习惯,分析了饮食营养因素与胃癌发病的关系。数据分析采用条件Logistic回归模型。对单因素分析结果进行有关因素调型后的结果表明,蔬菜、水果、薯类摄入量低,维生素摄入不足,不良进食习惯,高盐膳食,经常食用熬煮的蔬菜都增加了胃癌发病的危险性。
A case-control study involving interviews with 97 gastric cancer patients and equalnumber of matched controls from patients with other than cancer in a general hospi-tal was conducted to investigate the dietary, nutrient and other factors in incidenceof gastric cancer in Tianjin. Data was analysed by using conditional logistic regres-sion model. The results showed that low vegetable, low fruits, low potato and lowvitamin C intakes, and unhealthy dietary habits, high salt food, eating frequentlyvegetables cooked in water were risk factors for gastric cancer.
