摘要
提出利用二维超声心动图在心尖四腔切面计量左房容积,评定左房功能的方法。在35例急性心肌梗塞患者观察到,左房前负荷LAVd增大,左房射血功能增强。LAVa增大,LAVa/LAVe,LAVa/LAVmax增大。计量左房容积与利用左室容积评定左房功能间相关性好。证实利用心尖四腔切面可以评定左房功能。
The method of estimating the left atrium function with direct measurement of theleft atrium volume at four-cavity section of the heart apex using 2D-UCG was repor-ted. In 35 cases with AMI; enlargment of prelond of the left atrium-LAVa, increaseof ejection function of the left atrium, enlargment of LAVa,LAVa/LAVc and LAVa/LAVmax were observed. There was good relationship between the direct measurment of the left atrium vo-lume and the indirect estimation of the left atrium function using the left ventriclevolume. Therefore, it was suggested that estimation of the left atrium function couldbe done by 2D-UCG at four-cavity section of the heart apex.
