病态窦房结综合征细胞电生理特征及植物神经因素影响的实验研究

摘要 经对正常兔心窦房结细胞跨膜电位灌注拟迷走神经药和交感神经药造成病窦综合征模型。经43例动物实验结果:1.灌注拟迷走神经药使细胞跨膜电位斜率减小,SNRT和SNERP延长而SACT缩短。灌注拟交感神经药可使细胞跨膜电位斜率增大,SACT及SNERP延长,SNRT缩短。2.当窦房结优势起搏点用钢针刺伤后,在界嵴上可纪录到不同传导时间的异位起搏点细胞跨膜电位,而且ERT、EACT、EERP均低于正常窦房结的SNRT、SACT及SNERP。 Sick sinus syndrome models induced by perfusion of parasympathomimeticsand sympathomimetics to sinus cells were established in 43 rabbits. The results sug-gested that 1. A decreased slope of trans-membranous potentials, prolonged SNRTand SNERP, shortened SACT of sinus cell were showed by perfusion of parasym-pathomimetics, an increased slope of trans-membranous potentials, prolonged SACTand SNERP, shortened SNRT of sinus cell were seen by that of sympathomimetics.2. Ectopic spontaneous focuses and trans-membranous potentials could be recordedwhen the dominant sinus was impaired by stainless pins and ERT, EACT and EERP were shorter than normal sinus node
