摘要
本文报告小脑卒中14例,讨论了小脑卒中早期诊断的要点和小脑出血及小脑梗塞的鉴别,注意到小脑梗塞可合并脑干梗塞。重点讨论小脑卒中手术适应症的选择及手术方式,提出CT的动态观察和脑诱发电位的监护,可望在某些较重的小脑卒中病例中选择保守治疗。
Fourteen cases of cerebellar stroke are summarized with the early diagnosis forcerebellar strok and differences between cerebellar haemorrhage and cerebellar in-farction discussed. There was a possibilty cerebellar infarction associated with brain stem infarc-tion. The operative indications of cerebellar stroke and the operative methods are in-troduced in detail, putting forward on continuous CT observations and the monitoringof evoked protential, so that conservative treatment can be choised in some seriouspatients suffering cerebellar stroke.
