以《蒙特利尔议定书》及其修正案和《中国逐步淘汰消耗臭氧层物质国家方案 (修订稿 )》为依据 ,全面论述了HCFC制冷剂在我国的使用前景及在我国制冷空调行业发展中的历史地位。
Based on Montreal Protocol, its later amendments and the national scheme of China’s ODS phasing out (the revised draft), makes an overall discussion of the prospect and historic status of HCFCs in China’s refrigerating and air conditioning industry. Points out that improving the system tightness and energy efficiency in operation is the developing direction of the industry.
