工艺管路布置不合理、管径选择过小,会造成管阻过大,迫使离心泵偏离特性曲线运转,极大降低了泵效,加速机泵劣化速度,会导致机泵故障率的增加,并给安全生产带来极为不利的影响。针对上述情况,经过精确水利计算和原因分析,及时实施,使机泵故障率降低为零,并取得良好的经济效益。
Irrational process pipeline, too small pipe diameter can cause high resistance, and force centrifugal pumps to operate off its characteristic curve, lower pump efficiency significantly, worsen the pump rapidly, and cause high failure rate, which is very harmful for the production safety.
