摘要
本文综述了多种测量芦荟素含量的方法,包括重量法、斑点面积法、电泳法、分光光度法、荧光光度法、示波极谱法、高效液相色谱法等,并且对这些方法的测量结果进行了比较。
Many methods for quantifing Aloin was described in this article. They included paper weight method, speckle, electrophoresis method, Spectropllotometry, flurimetric method, oscillopolarography and HPLC etc.. Futhermore, the results of these methods were contrasted.
