摘要
应用动电位法研究了碳钢在不同结垢指数(P.S.I)的碳酸氢钙溶液中的腐蚀行为,以及Cl-对碳钢腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,随着结垢指数的降低,碳酸钙的沉淀趋势增大,减缓了金属的腐蚀。Cl-加速了碳钢的腐蚀,且其腐蚀速率随着Cl-浓度的增加而增大。
The corrosion behavior of carbon steel and the effect of Cl^- in different P.S.I.(Puckorius scale index) solutions were studied by electrochemical method. It showed that the trend of CaCO_3 precipitation would increase and the corrosion rate of carbon steel would be reduced with the decrease of P.S.I. Chloride can accelerate the corrosion rate of carbon steel, which would increase with the increasing of chloride.
