摘要
测定了钯-高分子络合催化剂用于豆油、米糠油氢化催化时的亚麻酸选择性指数S_Ln和亚油酸选择性指数S_L,并和文献中报导的N1和Cu-Cr催化剂的同类数值作了比较。
In this paper the selective indexes of linolenic acid S_(L(?)) and linoleic acid S_L in the case of bean oil and perpolitiones oryzal oil by the action of Pd-high milecular complexing catalyst are determined and compared with the same kind of datum of Ni and Cu-Cr catalysts which were reported in literatures.
