摘要
抓住机遇扩大开放,是一条强国富民之路。实行对外开放,是社会化大生产和商品经济发展的客观要求,同时也是加快发展我国经济的一个重要条件,它有利于社会主义生产力的发展,有利于社会主义综合国力的提高,有利于人民生活水平的提高。实行对外开放政策,符合我国现代化建设的社会主义方向。本文对扩大开放和自力更生的关系从理论上进行了阐述,同时也澄清了几种对扩大开放的不同认识。
Taking advantage of favourable opportunities to open even wider to the outside world is vital to the national strength and the better living standard of the people. To carry out this policy is the objective requirement for the socialist construction and the development of the commodity economy and also one of the essential conditions to push forward the national economy as well. It can help us to develop the social productive force,to enhance the comprehensive national strength and to raise the living standard of the people. persisting in the policy of opening to the outside world accords with the socialist direction of modernized construction. The article makes a thoretic exposition of the relation between opening and self reliance and also makes clear different views on wider opening.
