摘要
从施工项目、招投标、国际市场及外商投资等方面阐述了工程量清单计价模式的优越性 ,指出全社会应借鉴先进经验 ,正确理解规范要领 ,从而推进工程造价管理改革 ,使工程量清单计价新模式趋于正规化。
In terms of construction project, bidding, international market and foreign investment the superiority of engineering bill pricing mode is presented. Author points out that project construction cost innovation should be impelled based upon referencing advanced experiences and correct understanding on codes to normalize engineering bill pricing mode.
