摘要
采用流体结构耦合方法,用ANSYS程序对反应堆吊篮在空气和静水中的振动特性进行了研究.吊篮结构采用实体建模,流体结构采用fluid80单元模拟,并考虑水的附加质量对吊篮振动特性的影响.结果表明,在不同的约束条件下,吊篮在空气和静水中的前几阶固有频率都包含了梁式振动频率和壳式振动频率,环向扭转振动频率和轴向伸缩振动频率为吊篮的高阶频率;吊篮在空气中的振动频率比其在静水中相应的振动频率高.
By means of the fliud-structure interaction, the dynamical characteristics of the core barrel of nuclear reactors in air and in still water were investigated using program ANSYS. A solid model was used to simulate the core barrel, the fluid structure was simulated by the element of fluid80, thus the effect of added mass of still water on the dynamical characteristics of the core barrel was included. The research results show that both in air and in water, the first several order nature frequencies of the core barrel are formed from beam and shell frequencies under its different boundary conditions, and circumferential rotation and axial flexible frequencies are its higher order frequencies. Moreover, the vibrational frequencies of the core barrel in still water are much lower than its corresponding order frequencies in air.
