摘要
本文采用SDS -PAGE垂直电泳技术 ,对 10份新疆家蚕品种种质资源的蛋白质条带特征 ,电泳图谱进行了研究 ,并构建了这 10个蚕品种的UPGMA系统树。结果表明 :参试品种均有 8- 11条蛋白质带 ,并有 2 9条不同的RF值蛋白带 ,蛋白质谱较为相似 ,相似系数在 0 .6 5～ 1.0 0之间 ,10个家蚕品种聚为一类 ,亲缘关系较近 ,但品种间有差距。
Vertical electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) was made to characterize the protein bands of 10 silkworm races of Xinjiang and establish their UPGMA tree graph. The results showed that all the races shared similar band pattern: they had 8-11 protein bands and 29 different Rf bands, with a similarity coefficient of 0.65-1.00. Therefore, the 10 races were clustered into one single category and they seemed to be closely related genetically, though some difference did exist among the races.
