摘要
清华大学“双肩挑”的政治辅导员制度既是一种思想政治工作制度,又是一种培养人才的特殊模式。50年来,清华大学政治辅导员制度形成了自己的特色,积累了许多宝贵的经验。当然,在新的历史条件下也出现了一些不适应与问题。文章简要地总结了清华大学政治辅导员制度的特色与基本经验,并就继承与发展辅导员制度提出了一些建议与措施。
The system of political instructor of Tsinghua University, which is named as Double Responsibilities System (DRS), is not only a system of ideology and politics work, but also a special mode for cultivating students. In the recent 50 years , the well-characterized DRS has accumulated many valuable experiences, and at the same time it faces with some challenges raised by the changing situation. This paper briefly summarizes the characteristics and the basic experiences of DRS, and puts forward some suggestions and measurements on how to inherit and develop DRS.
