摘要
目的:回顾分析微创血肿引流术治疗高血压性脑出血的死亡原因。方法:对14例高血压脑出血患者进行锥颅血肿引流术,其中10例血液破入脑室的合并腰穿脑脊液排放治疗。结果:术后1天死亡3例,2天死亡5例,5天死亡4例,7天死亡2例。结论:微创血肿引流术合并腰穿脑脊液排放治疗高血压性脑出血应掌握手术适应症,注意手术方法,以及手术后处理。
Objectives: To analyze the death reasons of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated by slightly traumatic clot aspiration. Methods: Besides slightly traumatic clot aspiration in 14 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,Lumbar puncture was done in those hematomas spreading to ventricle. Results: After operations,3 cases died on the first day, 5 cases on the second day, 4 cases on the third to fifth day, 2 cases on the fifth to seventh day. Conclusions: To treat patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage by slightly traumatic clot aspiration and cerebral spinal fluid drainage,we must pay high attention to their indications,their therapy and postoperative treatment.
