摘要
目的:探讨马凡氏综合征的临床特点。方法:对10例马凡氏综合征的症状、体征、辅助检查及治疗进行分析。结果:马凡氏综合征主要累及骨骼、眼、心血管和神经系统。结论:结合家族史、临床表现及有关的辅助检查可对马凡氏综合征作出诊断。
Objective: To summarize the clinical features of Marian Syndrome. Methods: To analyse the symptoms, physical characteristics, laboratory results and therapies in 10 cases of Marfan Syndrome. Results: Marfan Syndrome affect mostly bone, eyes, circulatory system and nervous system. Conclusions: The diagnosis of Marfan Syndrome depends on family histories, clinical features and laboratory results.
