摘要
对广东南海蒙脱石铝柱撑进行加热发现其前后高温热变化有比较明显的差异:铝柱撑蒙脱石的结构可保持到700℃,其001面特征峰仅由1.6898nm减小到1.5601nm;900℃时蒙脱石特征峰消失,并有部分尖晶石和无定形相生成;1100℃时生成莫来石、尖晶石和玻璃相,其显微结构为玻璃相覆盖的细晶结构。与之相应的原料蒙脱石700℃煅烧后001面特征峰由1.5121nm减小为0.9704nm;900℃煅烧后,蒙脱石层状结构破坏;1100℃煅烧后,有明显的方石英的峰值出现,1200℃热处理后,莫来石衍射峰出现。
The high temperature thermal transformation process of Guangdong Nanhai montmorillonite and its Al-pillared product has been studied. The structure of Al-pillared montmorillonite can be maintained upto 700℃.Its d value of 001 crystal face decreases from 1.689 8 nm to 1.560 1 nm. Its layered structure will decompose at 900℃ but at the same time,spinel was produced. Mullite formation temperature is about 1 100℃. SEM shows that the crystal size of mullite and spinel is nano-scale. Contrast to Al-pillared product, the d value of 001 crystal face of montmorillonite decreases from 1.512 1 nm to 0.970 4 nm after thermal treatment at 700℃.The cristoblite formation temperature is about 1 100℃ and mullite comes forth at 1 200℃.
